I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Boardriders. I ordered two pairs of shorts but only received one, and despite emailing them multiple times over the past two weeks, I have had no solution. I understand they may be moving warehouses, but that is not an excuse to ignore paying customers.

Right now, this feels like poor service at best and robbery at worst. I have completely lost trust in this company and will not be ordering from them again unless they resolve this urgently. Customers deserve better communication and basic honesty
