You have a period of 7 days to log an exchange for product/products purchased on


The product/products must have been purchased on the Boardriders online store.

To make the exchange the product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging complete with all swing tags, hygiene stickers, instruction manuals and accessories.

Exchanges to Head Office - How to proceed?

1. Go to and login to your profile.
2. Click on the order which the return / exchange applies to.
3. Click on “Request Return”
4. Select a return / exchange reason on the product you wish to exchange and a note, i.e., Require a different size or style (Specify size etc.). and select “Request Return”.
5. You will receive email instructions on how to proceed.
6. Please note that you are liable for the courier cost to send the item back to us unless there is a fault on our part. We will cover the cost of sending the exchanged item back to you.

What happens next?

Upon receipt of the product/products in our warehouse and after checking the condition of the product, we will proceed to exchange the items returned
We reserve the right to accept or reject the exchange of products that do not meet these requirements or which we believe are not acceptable for exchange.
