I haven't had the experience of wearing the DC Pure shoes I bought 2 months ago. I initially requested for an exchange because I purchased a wrong size. I tried two different courier services (pep store) and they couldn't help to return the order back to your store. 2 months later the shoes are still the way I got them. Can I still send them back for size exchange? I really do like the shoes and can't wait to start wearing them.

To assist you further and assess whether we can still proceed with a size exchange, could you please email us clear photos of the shoes in their current condition? This will help our team confirm if they are still eligible for return (unused and in original condition).
