Asked for a refund and have not received my money back after I sent the items back. Numerous requests and still nothing from Boardriders! Disappointed

Ordered these, told the next day that there was no stock. Chose another flop to be told there was no stock, chose another flop and still waiting to be contacted to let me know if there is stock.
I returned my order and have not received any response or a refund! I think the customer service is awful!!

I ordered these shorts 20 days ago and today my package arrived without them and no notification as to why and if my money will be returned! Shocking!
Buying online is great but when you want to exchange the item for bigger size you get ignored buying from store is best for me
I did receive my order very quickly which I do appreciate but one of the shirts was the wrong size . I returned it to head office myself on Dec 6th and have not heard anything since. I requested I get any other shirt of the same value size 14 .
This is the second I have purchased these flip flops...my last pair lasted YEARS...I will always repurchase
The product did not meet the expectations. The t-shirt is too large to be size M. The quality of stitching around the neck is of poor quality.
Shoe is very comfortable got for a deal I'm happy with what I got
