You have a period of 7 days to log a return for the product/products purchased on Boardriders.co.za.
The product/products must have been purchased on the Boardriders online store.
If you are not satisfied with your product/products you have a period of 7 days from the date of receipt to exercise the right of return.
To make the return the product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging complete with all swing tags, hygiene stickers, instruction manuals and accessories.
Online purchases can must be returned to Boardriders Head Office and cannot be returned to a Boardriders store.
Black Friday/ Flash Sales And Sale Items :
NO refunds on Black Friday/Flash Sale and Sale items.
Authorized returned sale items will only be issued as an online store credit or an exchange to a replacement item to the same or lower value.
Exchanges to Head Office - How to proceed?
1. Go to www.boardriders.co.za and login to your profile.
2. Click on the order which the return applies to.
3. Click on “Request Return".
4. Select a return / exchange reason on the product you wish to return and a note, i.e., Require a different size or style (Specify size etc.). and select “Request Return”.
5. You will receive email instructions on how to proceed.
6. Please note that you are liable for the courier cost to send the item back to us unless there is a fault on our part.

What happens next?
Upon receipt of the product/products in our warehouse and after checking the condition of the product, we will proceed to refund the amount charged to your credit card for the items returned.
We reserve the right to accept or reject the return of products that do not meet these requirements or which we believe are not acceptable for return.
