You have a period of 7 days to return the product/products purchased on Boardriders.co.za.
The product/products must have been purchased on the Boardriders online store.
If you are not satisfied with your product/products you have a period of 7 days from the date of receipt to exercise the right of return.
To make the return the product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging complete with all swing tags, hygiene stickers, instruction manuals and accessories.
How to proceed?

2. You must provide your order number, your personal contact information and specify the product/products you wish to return.
3. Please specify on your packaging slip and on email which product you are returning and place inside the parcel.
4. Send the package to our returns address using a courier of your choice. Please note that you are required to cover the cost of shipping.

What happens next?
Upon receipt of the product/products in our warehouse and after checking the condition of the product, we will proceed to refund the amount charged to your credit card for the items returned.
We reserve the right to accept or reject the return of products that do not meet these requirements or which we believe are not acceptable for return.
Quiksilver and Boardriders stores will only assist with an exchange, credit or refund if they have the item on their system
All online customers receive an order confirmation email once the order has been placed. Please be sure to show this confirmation email at the counter as your form of proof of payment. Stores will not be able to assist you without this.
Stores cannot assist if they are unable to scan the item back into stock
Please note, Billabong stores will not accept returns for Billabong, Kustom, Element, RVCA or VonZipper. These branded items will need to be sent back to Head Office to assist you further in your refund, credit or exchange.
