Paid R799 for top, upon arrival I noted the tag on the garment was on R599, despite having the same description of the item on the site. After querying this, I was told it was human error and the garment had been tagged incorrectly BUT the description of the top on the tag matched that on the website. After highlighting this to the team, as well as a comparative price from another company selling the tee for R599, I was fobbed off and told their system was correct with no further explanation.
