Poor Delivery Service

You seriously need to consider an alternative courier service provider. They do not provide feedback at all. It is very difficult to speak to someone.
Regarding the product, although I have never had issues with the shoes as I own quite a few, this one is extremely uncomfortable. I had it on once and my legs are still in pain. I know it's a high top however it sits at a very akward spot when walking.
