Shocked at the service

I always order online. This year it has been shocking
Delivery took place a full month after order , excuse was black friday. Then one item was not included so had to mail for refund. Why can other retailers get it right.

No my order was not forfulled, no it didn't arrive on time for Christmas, no it didn't take a week, no there was no prior message or email saying' best to make sure you get other gifts, cause we only have 3 out of your 6 items, of the 3, 1 was the incorrect color- so sorry we couldn't get your order to family going abroad for Christmas.
