Disappointing

I was very happy to receive my daughter's order, but it turned into a absolute nightmare mare to try and exchange it... no ANSWER when you call the Head office number, they should scrap that part definitely!! Its pointless to say! No but NO answer to my email... also pointless!
After reading the horrific reviews and customers not getting their refunds ect I instantly cancelled the Courier for the pickup and whet somewhere els to buy a swimming costume.
