Very slow delivery and out of stock after purchase

I understand that there were backlogs in processing orders from Black Friday/Cyber Monday but over over 2 weeks for delivery is a bit much. And then only after delivery am I informed of a refund on 1 item as it was out of stock by then. Let's hope these issues are ironed out and any future orders are handled far more efficiently. Issues aside, I'm happy with the shirt itself and will buy from Boardriders again.
