Ordered the leather wallet on the 30TH OF AUGUST for my son's birthday (9th October). Advised of the delay in shipping being 3 weeks. No problem. More than enough time...
Well, would have been if I was sent the correct order.
Instead I was sent a pair of men's size 6 sandals.
Okay, I'll contact Boardriders and I'm sure they'll get this sorted out.
Oh boy, was I mistaken.
So here we are, 2 days away from my son's birthday, I have still not received what I paid for, yet had to basically beg for someone to assist me and then to be told (as advised by Zinhle in customer service) I would only be sent the item I paid for once the incorrect item was returned.
It's amazing how a paying and loyal cuatomer of many years has to take the fall for a fault made by Boardriders.
And now no one even has the decency to respond to me.
Absolutely pathetic.
The customer service is non existent.
