It has been over a month since I placed this order, and I have yet to receive anything. I was informed that someone supposedly attempted to call me (despite me not receiving any calls), and this seems to be used as an excuse for not rescheduling the order. No one from your company has proactively reached out to address or clarify the situation—it was only through my efforts that I managed to get any feedback. This has been the most unresponsive and least proactive company I’ve ever dealt with.
