Incomplete order plus horrible customer service

If i could give a negative rating I would. I ordered on the 2nd of December 2023. It said shipping would take 5 to 12 days because of high volumes of orders. I later received an email stating I would receive my items no later than the 17th of December 2023. I then only received 2 out of the 4 items on the 24th of December 2023. I've been sending messages on all platforms and getting no replies from customer service. I urge everyone to not order online from Boardriders.
