Bought a full setup at Boardriders canal walk Saturday. Skated it for the first time today.
And the truck chipped off. I know this isn't normal because I've skated element trucks before, must be a defect truck I got.

I received my package way faster than I thought and it hasn't given me any problems, my board is in great condition, no rusted parts or chips on my deck so I'm pleased with boardriders and I'm looking forward to buying from them in future.

All good reviews start with the experience: purchasing from BoardRiders was a simple and satisfying endevour with clear communication, something I greatly appreciate

Secondly, the packaging kept my board exceptionally well protected. I was concerned that shipping such a distance might be an issue but it arrived in perfect condition and very timeously

As for the board itself, it's a great starter board, I was fortunate to find it at a great sale as well

The deck itself is a tad thin, but assuming you're not doing double Kickflips off 3 foot kicker it will be more than adequate for anyone

I did have 2 wheels that were a bit over-tightened but that was an easy adjustment to make
Between the customer service, the price and the quality this is an absolutely brilliant skate board and I can't wait to continue putting distance on it

At 32, learning how to roll down with cool kids around the block...
I have not fallen yet, so I do not have issues with the board

Hasn't even been a month yet and the trucks are broken... I'm only a beginner skater and can barely ollie on and off curbs so I don't understand how that can break Element trucks, which leads me to believe they were falty somehow cos they are normally way stronger than this.
