Asked for a refund and have not received my money back after I sent the items back. Numerous requests and still nothing from Boardriders! Disappointed

I am still waiting for a shirt that was short supplied. I have sent emails with no response. I have no idea what is happening as I initially asked for a replacement but the time I needed the shirt it wasn't here so I made another arrangement for a gift. I am wanting a refund for the shirt that hasn't been delivered.
