I kindly asked for my item to be rerouted to a new delivery address. The email was addressed by the help line and the reroute was permitted. My new address was requested and I sent it through promptly. After all the communication nothing was done and received no further communication even after asking for a follow up. The parcel was sent to my home. I was unable to collect since I left to my holiday home. This was stipulated and the reason for the reroute.
Im very unimpressed with the service provided.
