I want to exhange it for a size 9 UK as I got a UK 8 and the after service is terrible I wait days for a reply with very little assistance and very short answers if there is any communication

Billabong Men's All Day 2.0 Sandal

The sandal looks fantastic and, when I can manage to squeeze my foot in, feels great. However, the UK10 I ordered sits like a very snug UK9, which unfortunately won't work for me. The laborious returns process meant that it was too much effort for me to attempt a return, and I will rather gift the sandals to a friend who is less gifted in feet size. Could have been an awesome purchase but, sadly, it is not.

The sandal exceeded my expectations it is highly durable and fits perfectly. The color blends right in with my feet, I feel very comfortable with the sandals thank you.
