Worst service I have ever received

I placed an order on cyber monday that went through on 2 December 2024. At the time of writing this review, on 3 January 2025, I have only received half of my order and have not gotten a single word on what is happening to the rest of order in spite of sending multiple emails and phoning, which leads to a dead line...
