I’m stunned. I have been trying to get hold of you for a month about my delivery, and being late for Christmas via email and phone - none of my messages being answered. And the when I finally get home from holiday today I open your package to find only one of the two items I have ordered has been sent. On the order form the second item is simply scrawled on saying “not in package” with no note to tell me whether you are still sending it whether you will reimburse me. I hope you intend to make good of this. Please call me urgently
