I ordered several items at the end of November and only received them today (8 January). Boardriders got our delivery address wrong three times, and there was absolutely no communication from their support team throughout the process.

To make matters worse, one of my items wasn’t included in the package, with a note on the receipt saying, “not included in parcel.” Is it still coming?? What kind of company does this?

The sizing charts on the website also seem inaccurate. None of my items fit the way I anticipated, which was incredibly frustrating. Adding to the disappointment, the website seems outdated and poorly designed, with no option for exchanges. With the poor service I’ve already experienced, I’m honestly afraid to send items back for a refund as I have little confidence in receiving my money back. On top of that, I’d have to cover my own return shipping costs.

We were so excited about this order, but the entire experience has been nothing short of disappointing. Other stores we ordered from on Black Friday met the demand, delivered on time, and got our orders right. Come on, Boardriders! This was our last time ordering online from you.
