Was told I cant use this voucher in store and only online

the gift card can only to be used online is really a thorn in the side, the kid gets excited , runs around the shop , picks stuff out ,to be told sorry go home and stare into a computer to use gift card.

We tried to use the gift card at the shop in bright water commons after going through the whole store and picking what i wanted which took some time only to find out the gift card is only for online purchases but we did not see this anywhere when purchasing the gift card or on the gift card itself - i am a big supporter and was left very dissapointed with my whole family with me, we will be requesting a refund for the gift card as we want to use the money in store not online

I was disappointed to realise that the Gift Card purchased online cannot be used in store. I couldn’t find stock of the items I wanted online, however I found them in store but could not use the voucher.
