This will be the last time I order from Boardriders. The online shopping experience with them is no longer convenient. I ordered a dress as a birthday gift for a friend. It didn't fit so she went to Boardriders gateway to exchange it. They said no, that she had to give it back to me to return via the boardriders return portal.
This is where things start to fall apart. Firstly I have to return the goods to JHB at my own expense, instead of being able to swap it in the store like before.
Ok fine, So I call out The Delivery Guy to collect my parcel, and the return address doesn't exist in their system. So I can't return the goods. I just ordered a voucher for my friend to avoid the embarrassment of taking so long to get a refund for her gift. I will never shop at Boardriders again.

Only available to use online, and delivery takes FOREVER. Definitely NOT 3 - 5 working days. Rather visit a shop!

the gift card can only to be used online is really a thorn in the side, the kid gets excited , runs around the shop , picks stuff out ,to be told sorry go home and stare into a computer to use gift card.
