Ansolute WORST customer cervice EVER

The hat is great. Although it arrived a week later than promised (which was also later than the original delivery time). I followed up MULTIPLE times, got one reply and then nothing. We will NEVER order from Boardriders ever again. Ever. If I cannot find the product directly from the supplier I will choose a different product. Absolute shockingly poor customer service. I am also advising everyone I know to stay away.
