It seems that two of the items I purchased were not discounted.
Ruca men's va elastic 17# for R599.95 I was charges R1199.95.
And Ruca men's motors T shirt white for R199.95 I was charged R399.95.
Despite numerous emails to customer support with Jason, no refund was ever received.
He claims I purchased the items before the discount began, however on your website the items WERE discounted otherwise I would not have made the purchase .I regularly make large purchases from this website as myself and my kids enjoy the surf clothing. Please assist with this matter.
